Disaster Relief Support
Dharali Flood,
Uttarkashi
As part of our CSR commitment, Matrix Geo Solutions extended critical technical support during the Dharali flood incident in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand (August 2025). Our team assisted in search, rescue, and rehabilitation efforts in the affected regions of Dharali, Harsil, and Sukhi Nala by deploying advanced drone and geospatial technologies.
Leveraging Photogrammetry, LiDAR, and aerial video mapping, we delivered:- High-resolution aerial imagery and videos
- Drone-based orthophotos
- Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and Digital Surface Models (DSM)
- Detailed elevation point clouds and 3D site models
These outputs enabled accurate damage assessment, improved ground-level coordination, and supported faster, data-driven decision-making in severely impacted areas. Our contribution was formally acknowledged by the Indian Army, recognizing the team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment during this critical disaster response mission.
